RJD Community Developers is a Lafayette-based team founded by Jordan Daigle and his father, Robert Daigle, an experienced developer who is also affiliated with Southern Lifestyle Development. Jordan and Robert initially founded their development company, Cottage Developers, to focus exclusively on smaller-scale developments, applying the same community-building principles Robert learned through more than two decades of  experience spearheading major development projects like River Ranch and Sugar Mill Pond. As their portfolio grew, Jordan and Robert realized that Cottage Developers was no longer an accurate representation of their work, so RJD Community Developers was born. Showcasing the new era, the RJD name encompasses the full breadth of developments that Jordan and Robert now focus on. Whether it be conventional, mixed-use, or Traditional Neighborhood Communities, commercial build-to-suits, or mixed-use buildings, RJD is a true community developer.
